Company
RefectoCil’s widespread popularity can be attributed to Rainer Deisenhammer, Managing Director of the parent business, GW Cosmetics. He took over managing a family-run company with unique products and a long history over 20 years ago, and he was instrumental in making the RefectoCil® brand a success on a global scale. He created the first brow and eyelash tinting products because of this. In 2004, Rainer Deisenhammer took over the business and, with the purchase of Weinzierl, started to develop an Austrian cosmetics company named GW Cosmetics. Today, GW Cosmetics® has 120 employees, is considered an expert in brow and lash styling products, and is a producer of premium and innovative cosmetic products.

Blonde Brow
Eyebrows can be brightened up to three shades using Blonde Brow. Additionally, it is waterproof and smudge-resistant for naturally blonde results that last for up to 6 weeks. It contains EDTA, Magnesium Carbonate Hydroxide, Ammonium Persulfate, Potassium Persulfate, Silica, Carbomer, Sodium Cetearyl Sulfate, and Sodium Metasilicate.
Lift & Laminate
This line has three collections that make the eye look irresistible. The Eyelash Curl collection gives a look that’s breathtaking but natural, as it curls the lashes and makes the eyes appear larger. Moreover, with the Brow Lamination Kit, the eyebrows can be semi-permanently set in any desired position, and the formula contains keratin for a hair-strengthening effect. Besides, the Eyelash Lift collection provides the perfect look without mascara and mechanical lash curlers. It also contains specially developed lifting pads made in Germany that fit along the curvature of the lid perfectly and can be used up to 100 times.

I use the product on my beard I was thinking if it does so well on lashes why not my beard and omg I was shocked I had no allergic reaction and it did a tramendous job on covering my grays I highly recommend it to all my friends it’s 100 times better than just for men and last 10 times longer love it

If it is generally safe then why is there a caution on your label that says “This product must not be used for dyeing the eyelashes and eyebrows: to do so may cause blindness.”
