Can anyone tell me if CND has changed their bonder agent? I was getting low on the CND Brisa Bond and when I ordered it I got Brisa base coat which is not the same. When I contacted my supplier they said it was all they have now. Any help would be appreciated as the base coat is different in consistency and does dry and absorb into the natural nail bed.
